What To Expect

I made these circles a part of our program a year ago now and it’s been absolutely life changing for the women who attend, which is why I have now deicded to open up a few spaces each month to women outside our coaching program who would benefit from being a part of a supportive community like this.

It’s just a safe space you can come to and connect to yourself and with the other like minded women on a much deeper level, who are on a similar journey to you and who actually get it.

Where you can come unapologetically as yourself, sharing parts of yourself that you may not always share with others, allowing you to be truly seen and accepted exactly as you are, without any judgment, shame or criticism.

Because I know how challenging it can be to make new friends as an adult, or perhaps you can’t quite talk to your friends about things you’d really like to. This is how I felt and why they’re an integral part of our program.

Each month we get together in this beautiful Yurt in Margam and have a couple of hours to ourselves.

Doesn’t sound so daunting now, does it?

This is a deeply moving experience which will leave you feeling uplifted, connected and an enourmous sense of grattitude and abundance.

What Time Does It Start And Finish?

We start at 9am and finisih around 10:30am

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?

You'll want to bring with you:

Something comfy to sit on like a yoga mat or pillow
Wear comfy clothing
Bring blankets if you'd like to be extra cosy
Water
Journal and pen

Do I Have To Speak There?

Nope. If you don't want to talk and share you absolutely do not have to. You can simply sit and be present with us.

What If I Share Something I Want To Remain Confidential?

We have a strict "whatever is said in the yurt, stays in the yurt policy" and nothing that is spoken about in circle is to be mentioned outside of circle.

But don't panic, everyone attending circle will be like minded, caring, respectful women.

What If I can't Make It?

We understand that unforseen things pop up timt to time and will always be as flexible as possible, however there is a no refund policy.

If you're unable to make a session and you give 24 hours or more notice you will be able to move your ticket to a following event. Anything cancelled within 24 hours will be non transferable.

Is There Parking?

Yes, there are 2 car parks onsite. The closet car part is the smaller first car park on the right handside. Then if you follow the path to the right of the car park you will see the yurt.

At the Yurt at Tyn Cellar Farm, Water St, Port Talbot SA13 2PD.

The Yurt is located at the first, smaller car park. If you follow the path to the right handside of the car park you will see the Yurt.
